2100 Central Avenue
East & Co. has opened at 2100 Central Avenue in Boulder’s Flatiron Park, adding a new market hall, event venue and community hub to one of East Boulder’s major innovation campuses.
The project is a partnership between BioMed Realty, Working Title Food Group and EVG Hospitality. BioMed Realty owns and operates Flatiron Park as part of its broader portfolio of life science and technology real estate, which includes 17 million square feet of lab and office space across major innovation markets.
For Flatiron Park, East & Co. functions as more than a restaurant. The space is designed as a tenant amenity and neighborhood gathering point, with coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, retail goods, event space, a private conference room, outdoor terrace, community lawn and flexible indoor seating areas.
BioMed Realty said the project responds to a need for a central gathering place within the campus. That reflects a broader shift in office, lab and mixed use real estate, where landlords are investing in hospitality, food service and programming to make campuses more active throughout the day.
East & Co. is operated by Boulder based Working Title Food Group and EVG Hospitality. The concept includes an ongoing partnership with the Boulder County Farmers Market, seasonal food offerings and locally sourced retail products.
The space is now open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Reservations are available through OpenTable.
