Construction is in full swing at Belleview Station as work begins on two new high-rises that will reshape the Denver Tech Center skyline.
Known as Block F, the development features a pair of 21- and 22-story towers rising above a shared mixed-use podium at 6705 E Layton Ave, adding more than 944,000 square feet of new space to one of Denver’s most walkable districts.
The first tower, standing 22 stories, has officially broken ground, with construction expected to take about two years. The second tower will reach 21 stories and include an 11,000-square-foot market, 314 apartments, and a rooftop amenity deck with a pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen.
Together, the towers will bring more than 600 residential units, new retail, and neighborhood conveniences to the southeast Denver community.
Designed by FitzGerald Associates Architects, the project continues Belleview Station’s reputation for modern, transit-oriented living. The twin towers will connect directly to the nearby RTD light rail station and the surrounding network of restaurants, cafés, and public spaces, creating an active street-level experience that blends seamlessly into the district.
The Block F expansion marks another milestone for Belleview Station, a neighborhood more than two decades in the making.
Originally master-planned by Civitas, the area was envisioned as a vibrant, mixed-use hub built on community, walkability, and thoughtful design. That vision has steadily come to life with recent openings like One Seven, a 17-story apartment tower, and the Kimpton Claret Hotel, which debuted in 2024.
Just around the corner, The Apiary Residences at 4855 S Quebec are set to open soon, introducing a new high-end hotel and residential concept that will further elevate the DTC’s growing luxury market.
As cranes rise over Layton Avenue, the latest phase of Belleview Station moves the Denver Tech Center closer to its full buildout: over 3,300 homes, 2.8 million square feet of office space, and 185,000 square feet of retail and dining, a true live-work-play neighborhood built for the future.
