Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse — better known as B|10 — is turning one. To celebrate its first year in Cherry Creek, the steak and seafood restaurant is taking 50% off lunch and brunch from Monday, Nov. 2, through Sunday, Nov. 15.

Lunch is served daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and brunch runs Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A new $35 Chophouse lunch combo

The anniversary deal lands alongside new dishes from Chef Allyson Tower, including a $35 two-course Chophouse lunch combo.

First course — choose one:

  • Flaming scallops

  • Jumbo lump crab cake

  • Yellowtail crudo

  • Lobster bisque

  • Chicken tortilla soup

  • French onion soup

Second course — choose one:

  • The Harman salad

  • Champagne chicken salad

  • Asian chop salad

  • Butcher burger

  • Lobster roll

  • OKC hot chicken sandwich

Inside B|10

B|10 fills the ground floor of the glass-clad Broadway 10 building on 3rd Avenue. Inside, walnut booths and white tablecloths line a long dining room that runs past an open kitchen, where steaks come off the grill in full view of the room. A floor-to-ceiling wine wall divides the space, and a patio of umbrella-shaded tables faces the street.

Weekend brunch — also half off through Nov. 15 — leans into chophouse classics, from steak and eggs to eggs Benedict and stacked pancakes.
