A new kind of hotel has landed in the Denver Tech Center, and it’s anything but ordinary. Apiary Hotel is introducing a boutique, lifestyle-driven extended-stay concept designed around comfort, community, and thoughtful design.
Inspired by the structure of a beehive, Apiary is built on the idea that the best places are formed through connection between guests, neighborhoods, food, design, and shared experiences.
Developed as part of the Apiary Residences, the hotel occupies floors two through six of the building, with residences rising above from floors seven through twenty. The hotel features 175 all-suite guest rooms, averaging about 450 square feet, with roughly 35 rooms per floor. Each room includes a fully stocked kitchenette, large refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, streaming-quality Wi-Fi, and layouts designed for longer stays. One-bedroom suites even include TVs in both the living space and bedroom, with pull-out couches for added flexibility. Every stay also includes a complimentary daily breakfast buffet.
The design leans boutique and intentional, down to details like Foxfold bamboo tissues in the bathrooms, emphasizing Apiary’s eco-conscious approach. The hotel is dog-friendly, valet-only for parking, and participates in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program, blending boutique style with global hospitality standards.
Food and drink are central to the Apiary experience. June Gap Market and Café, named for the short window between spring and summer when bees pollinate, serves as a mini neighborhood market and counter-service café. It offers in-house made items, grab-and-go meals, coffee, pantry staples, and a curated wine selection with a strong focus on local producers. Partnerships include favorites like Bird Bakery and Bonfire Burritos, along with frozen and fresh options designed for guests who want convenience without sacrificing quality. Hotel guests enjoy breakfast here, and locals can stop in daily—Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Keeper’s Cocktail Lounge operates seven days a week from 4 to 10 p.m. as an intimate cocktail bar and lounge. Honey is the star of the menu, with tastings, cocktails, and small elevated bites all incorporating this theme. The lounge features a bifold indoor-outdoor design, creating a seamless transition between inside and patio seating. A beehive on the roof will eventually produce Apiary’s own honey, which will be sold and used throughout the food and beverage program.
Wellness and work are equally prioritized. Guests have access to a 24-hour fitness center and yoga studio with soundproofing, Peloton bikes, and Peloton TVs. On-site guest laundry supports longer stays, while The Nectar Room, a 900-square-foot flexible meeting and event space, can host gatherings, meetings, and private receptions with built-in audiovisual and catering support from June Gap Market. Location is one of Apiary’s strongest advantages. Situated in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, it also sits steps from Belleview Station, giving guests immediate access to shopping, dining, and daily essentials. Whether traveling for work, relocating, or visiting family, Apiary’s walkable access to transit and retail makes it one of the most convenient extended-stay options in the metro area.
Apiary was built by The Beck Group, which also served as the project’s architect and design builder, with interior design by Gettys Group. Guests are steps from Belleview Station shopping and dining, with loyalty partnerships offering added perks and discounts nearby.
At its core, Apiary Hotel is about more than just a place to sleep. Like an apiary, where hives connect and thrive together, the hotel was created as an ecosystem of design, hospitality, food, wellness, and community. Whether you’re staying for a night, a month, or living upstairs in the residences, Apiary offers a rare blend of luxury, warmth, and connection—making it one of the most distinctive new hospitality additions to Denver.
