A Line Flats is a proposed five story 191 unit affordable housing community planned for 4050 Colorado Blvd in Northeast Park Hill.

The project would rise on the northernmost and largest of three parcels at the site next to the new Park Hill Park with easy access to Colorado Blvd and I70. Zoned CMX5 the building would offer a mix of one two and three bedroom units for residents earning between 30 and 80 percent of the area median income.
