After announcing its first permanent U.S. club in Coconut Grove, Miami, ACE PADEL is taking its next step in the American market with an expansion to Denver. The move is not about rapid growth, but about choosing the right city and committing to it for the long run.
ACE PADEL is an international padel brand that has built a reputation for quality driven execution. Over the past few years, the company has designed, built, and quality assured more than 50 premium padel courts across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and the Bahamas. Its approach blends sport, design, and community in a way that differs from traditional sports clubs.
For ACE, Denver stood out as a natural next step. The city’s active, health conscious population, strong entrepreneurial spirit, and community oriented culture closely align with how the brand approaches growth.
Elliot Carnello, CEO and Co Founder of ACE PADEL, describes the decision as intentional rather than opportunistic. For him, expansion is not about adding markets, but about building places that become part of people’s everyday lives. Denver, he says, has the energy and curiosity required to support a community that can grow organically over time.
The club is planned for RiNo (River North Arts District), one of Denver’s most dynamic neighborhoods, known for its creative scene, continued development, and urban lifestyle. The facility will include both indoor and outdoor courts, social areas, a lounge, wellness amenities, and full service functions, designed to operate as both a sports venue and a social destination. ACE does not see itself as a traditional sports operator. The ambition is to create destinations where people want to spend time, whether they are playing or not.
Peter Carnello, Chairman and Co Founder of ACE PADEL, emphasizes that padel is the starting point, not the end goal. At its core, ACE is about Social Sports Entertainment, creating environments that feel human, inclusive, and alive, rather than purely functional or visually impressive. The experience around the game is considered just as important as the game itself. This is why ACE works with a multidisciplinary team that brings together sport, hospitality, design, and content. From how members are welcomed to how matches, events, and partnerships are shaped, every element is treated as part of the same ecosystem.
A key part of ACE’s strategy is the LA Padel Invitational by ACE PADEL, an annual Pro Am event in Beverly Hills that has been held since 2023. The Invitational brings together professional players, business leaders, creatives, and investors, and serves as a live expression of the ACE philosophy. As ACE prepares to enter Denver, elements of the Invitational concept are expected to be introduced locally as well, helping build early awareness, engagement, and a sense of community around the sport. The Denver project is being developed in partnership with Aventura Asset Management (AAM), with a clear long term perspective.
According to AAM’s Managing Partner, Tyler Fan, the project represents an investment in both place and people. The focus is not short term return, but creating a destination with strong local relevance and lasting commercial sustainability. Denver’s demographics and cultural fabric are seen as well suited for a premium sports and social venue of this kind.
The club is scheduled to open in Q3 2026, with the goal of becoming a natural gathering place for Denver residents, businesses, and visitors.
With locations planned in both Miami and Denver, ACE PADEL is beginning a new chapter in the United States, one where padel is introduced not only as a sport, but as a social and cultural experience. At its core, the Denver project is about building a place where people meet, move, and feel at home over time. If ACE becomes a natural part of everyday life in Denver, the company will consider the mission accomplished.
