The owner of this 8,023 square foot lot on Blake Street in between 34th & 35th Street is proposing to construct a 128,319 square foot mixed-use building.

Currently, the development site is a vacant lot and is approximately a 5 minute walk to the 38th Street light rail station.

Prior to 2020, this development was projected to include retail, parking garages and professional office space.

However, due to the shift towards working from home, the project now calls for 94 residential units and 64 covered parking spaces.

Touting a design imbued with colorful arts and culture that is to be expected when calling the RiNo neighborhood home.

With views of downtown and within a 10 minute bike ride of all that Denver has to offer, this location will be sought after once the project stands in late 2023.

With an influx of people looking to take up residence in Denver proper and the downtown area already experiencing supply issues, RiNo will continue to see a wave of development on vacant lots and redevelopment of older industrial buildings.
