New aerial photos show major progress on The Standard at Boulder, Landmark Properties’ 936-bed student housing community rising on the former Harvest House Hotel site near the University of Colorado Boulder. Framing and exterior work is now clearly advancing across multiple sections of the building, with the project’s footprint, rooflines, and massing well defined in the skyline.
The 447,000-square-foot development will include 303 apartments with a mix of studios through four-bedroom layouts and comprehensive resident amenities, including rooftop decks, study lounges, a pool, club space, and EV charging stations, all within walking distance of campus.
Nearly six acres of public green space along Boulder Creek, including lawns, trails, and recreation areas, continues to take form alongside the buildings. The Boulder Creek Path improvements are also underway as part of the site work.
Landmark’s in-house general contractor has completed major site prep and concrete core work earlier in the process, and wood framing is now clearly visible across the project from above.
The Standard at Boulder remains on schedule for a Fall 2027 completion, bringing much-needed student housing supply to Boulder’s tight market.
