Construction began on the Evo on Emerson in 2016 until a massive fire in 2018 destroyed the building and also took the lives of two Denver residents.

The development site was purchased by Allante Properties back in 2016 for $1.7 million. However, after the 2018 blaze, Allante struggled to quickly rebound due to potential litigation and other issues.

063 Design + Development purchased the unfinished project from Allante Properties in 2020 for a cool $8.2 Million. Allante still retains 1% ownership in the property.

Select units include a private patio or deck, while shared building amenities include a roof deck, fitness center, gaming room, private storage, dog wash and a private parking garage.
