300 W Lehow Avenue

The triangle shaped lot in between S Broadway and S Delaware Street in Englewood may soon become a 5 story, 82 unit apartment building known as Trails at Lehow.

The name for the project was clearly influenced by the Big Dry Creek Trail that runs along the southern border of the site.

Big Dry Creek Trail is a generally flat trail that follows an east-west course for 12 miles between Interstate 25 and Standley Lake in Westminster.

Besides having great access to one of Colorado's many trails, this project is conveniently located a half block from S Broadway where unlimited restaurants and neighborhood amenities are found.

The 1.24 acre parcel was purchased in June of this year for $950,000 by "Trails at Lehow LLC" an affiliated entity of the Kansas based Cohen-Esrey Development Group.

Cohen-Esrey develops and operates multifamily communities in 13 states across the US and it appears this will be their first project in the state of Colorado.

Aerial View

The proposed development calls for 98,523 square feet of building area with a mixture of 32 1-bedroom units, 40 2-bedroom units and 10 3-bedroom units.

Aerial View Facing West

Considering the project is still in the bid out phase, renderings have not been released yet. We'll be sure to check back with any project updates!
