The applicant for the project is Alisha Hammett of Shopworks Architecture, while the owner is GAO Homes Partners RLLP.

The site is currently improved with a 55-year old, two story, 10-unit income restricted development zoned G-MS-3.

Parcel Map

The owner is proposing a rezoning to G-MS-5, which would permit a multifamily building up to five stories.

According to the application, the proposed building will include a shopfront, which indicates a mixed-use building with commercial use fronting Colfax. Also noted in the application is that the building will be 100% income-restricted for residents earning up to 50% of the area median income.
