In an exciting development for the Speer neighborhood, plans have been unveiled for a new 5-story apartment building at the corner of Broadway and E 4th Avenue. The project, spearheaded by Davis Partnership Architects on behalf of 366 Broadway, LLC—a firm that has owned the site since 2013—promises to be a significant addition to the area.

In addition, the building will include a private enclosed parking garage with 65 parking spaces and 16 bike spaces.

Some locals are concerned that their neighborhood Dunkin will cease to exist. Let's hope that the new retail tenant on the ground floor will be a new coffee shop!

The developer declined to comment; however, we will keep a close eye on this project and will return with any updates.
