A 7,749 square foot site at the corner of 8th Avenue and Inca Street has plans for a 5-story affordable apartment building.

The site is currently improved with a billboard and a single story retail building formerly occupied by an antiques store.

The site was purchased by Blue Room LLC in 2022 for $985,000.

Building plans call for a 5-story, 54 unit building with 52 affordable units and 2 market rate units. The project will also have 1,200 square feet of ground floor retail, 10 vehicle parking spaces and 34 bike parking spots.
