379 Room Dual Branded Hotel Planned a Block From Convention Center

The 0.05 acre lot at the corner of Glenarm Place and 13th Street will soon welcome a 13 story, 379 room, dual branded Fairfield Inn and Townplace Suites Hotel.
The proposed hotel will be 1 block from the Convention Center, 1 block from W Colfax Ave and 3 blocks from Civic Center Park and the Capitol building.
The proposed dual branded hotel will provide 206 rooms for the Fairfield Inn and Suites brand, while TownPlace Suites will have 173 rooms.
The developer, Hawkeye Hotels is an Iowa based developer with projects in 23 states and two hotel developments under their belt in Colorado.
According to public records, a building permit has not yet been granted. Therefore, we expect ground breaking to occur in the first half of 2023.
