Today we visit Wheat Ridge where Austin based Developer Storybuilt is planning to construct 26 single-family townhomes across 4 buildings.

The property is located along the North side of 38th Street at Eaton Street. Currently, two single-family homes built in 1933 and 1936 are upon the site.

Storybuilt chose this site due to the close proximity to neighborhood amenities such as Panorma Park, Randall Park and access to the various shops along 38th Avenue.

According to Jay Siegel, an associate at Storybuilt, the townhomes will range in size from 1,400 to 2,000 square feet on lots ranging from 780 to 1,294 square feet. Each home is planned to have either a private balcony and outdoor area, while some will feature private detached garages.

It'll be a while before marketing begins. However, Jay revealed that the homes will be priced from $575K to $745K.

Construction is expected to begin later this year with a completion date estimated for 2024/25. We'll check back at ground breaking with more updates!
