The site is currently utilized as a parking lot and was purchased by Westfield Company Inc in 2017 for $4.8M. Prior to this sale, the lot traded in 2014 for $830,200 to Governor's Park Lofts LLC.

Westfield Company Inc is a local developer with deep roots in the Denver community. Over the past 30 years, Westfield has developed and acquired over 7 million square feet of office, industrial, residential and entertainment based retail properties.

According to building plans, the project will include 112 units with a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. To accommodate for parking, there will be two lower level floors of parking for bicycles, regular and compact vehicles.

Building amenities will include a resident lounge, co-working spaces, fitness center, and roof top gardens, game rooms, hot tub and second roof top fitness center.

Considering the project is still in the bidding phase, construction is expected to begin in August 2022 with a completion date most likely in late 2023/early 2024. We'll check back at ground breaking for any updates!
