Scalzotto Italian Restaurant Opening Third Location

The family owned Scalzotto Italian restaurant is planning to takeover it’s third location at the former Perkins restaurant location on Melody Drive in Westminster. Scalzotta’s is currently known for their authentic Northern Italian cuisine found at their current locations in Loveland and Broomfield.
The family owned business was established in 2015 and traces its cuisine back to Vicenza, Italy. However, Scalzotta currently sources all ingredients from local farmers and only the best suppliers in the area.
The former Perkins restaurant will be redecorated to add that Scalzotto Downtown Dining feel without having to travel downtown. The start of the 5-year lease is scheduled to being next month, however we don't anticipate a grand opening until later in 2022.
