Situated in the Park Hill neighborhood, just a few blocks from both the Rose Medical Center and the National Jewish Health complex, Sable Partners has proposed to develop a 6-story mixed-use building with frontage along Colfax, Eudora Street and Elm Street.
The project's design, crafted by the award-winning local architect KTGY, promises to blend seamlessly with the diverse architectural mix along Colfax Avenue.
The Marlowe will be a 6-story development encompassing 205 units. With an average unit size of 791 square feet, the project is set to offer nearly 12,000 square feet of amenity space.
The development is currently in the design and permitting phase and is expected to break ground later this year.
Sable Partners, the developer behind the Marlowe, aims to create a project that not only meets the needs of future residents but also contributes positively to the neighborhood's character and vibrancy. The project reflects Denver's ongoing urban transformation, catering to the growing demand for modern and accessible living spaces within the city.
As the Marlowe progresses through its development stages, it stands as a testament to Colfax's dynamic and ever-evolving real estate scene, offering a glimpse into the future of urban living in one of the city's most cherished neighborhoods.
