Seibel Construction Breaks Ground on The Gemini Townhomes in Wheat Ridge

Today we head to Wheat Ridge where Seibel Construction just broke ground on an exciting development, Gemini Townhomes!

Seibel Construction is a full service residential and commercial construction company based out of Lakewood, Colorado.

Considering the population boom seen in Wheat Ridge and especially along W 38th Avenue over the past few years, its clear why Seibel Construction selected this site for their latest project.

Previously, this site was under developed with a 2,111 square foot single family home built in the early 1900's. Seibel plans to completely transform the site with 8, three-story luxury townhomes.
